Emotionally Focused Family Therapy
Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) honours the attachment bonds within family and/or Whānau. Karen will be offering EFFT for the adult child/ren and their parent/s to explore the places where they have got stuck in interrelational patterns of distress that can block the ability to connect with each other in a way that they might hope for.
Family Therapy is offered online only

Family Therapy $225 + GST = $258.75 for a 75-minute appt
